Bernadedt is a seasoned finance professional in consulting and audit assurance experience. She has a combined working experienced in public and private entities assurances engagements. She was formerly an audit associate with the big 4 Accounting Firm in Namibia namely PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and PFK Namibia, where she worked for more than 5 years.

As a general manger at Windhoek Accounting, Bernadedt leads a diverse group of experienced professional, overseeing the day-to-day operations and output of Windhoek Accounting & Taxation at the Namibia firm. Bernadedt has extensive experiences, particular in Financial Reporting, Managerial Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing. With her profound expertise, Bernadedt has successfully lead engagements on multinational entities on the adaptation and reporting of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) to meet the statutory requirements across various industries. With some of the notable clients Brilliant Star Diamonds, Trans-Kalahari Logistics, UNAM Foundation, Musa Capital, Hentis Bay Municipality, among others.

Bernadedt graduated at the University of Namibia, where she earned an Honors Bachelor of Accounting degree. She is an ACCA candidate and pursing a Master in International Taxation Laws with the University of San Fransisco (United States of America). Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her ability to navigate complex business landscapes, makes her a valuable asset to our organization.
